When we want to preserve the Harvest we reach often for a menstrum, there is little that holds a candle to alcohol. However each plant is different, and depending on what your harvesting, and what your use is, the percentage of alcohol, and the variation of different menstrum combinations can change. Do you want aromatics? Nutritives? Volatiles? So much to consider, so come and learn!
